Most of my career I have worked as a full professor in empirical theology at the faculty of theology and in comparative emprical science of religion at the faculty of religious studies, Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

Besides that, my career has brought me in academic functions for both teaching and research in the United States (Chicago), Canada (Ottawa), South Africa (Pretoria), Australia (Melbourne), Italy (Rome) – hence the pictures in the header of this website.
